Watermelons for Amadeus

The young Mozart's journey in Italy (with gastronomic delicacies suggestion)
“Wolfgang in Germany, Amedeo in Italy”, this is how Mozart sometimes signed his personal pages, addressed to his mother and his sister and added to his father's letters, during their travels in Italy around 1770.

While retracing the young musician's travel with his father Leopold, who was keen to make his son discover the land of music and art, we propose the gastronomic delicacies and foods that accompanied (and who knows, perhaps inspired) the two travellers. Watermelons included.
